P&H Representatives, Inc.

P&H was incorporated October 1, 1985, as an engineering based manufacturer’s representative specializing in the area of environmental protection equipment and systems. The company was formed by merging assets of MSH Company of Sacramento, and Richard Associates of Oakland — M. Scott Hathaway and Phillip R. Pfeiffer, respectively. P&H is a MANA member and is proud to abide by the bylaws and code of ethics embodied in that orgainization.

With background in finance & political science Scott Hathaway continues today as principal of P&H. Debbie Gruber as Office Manager has been a tremendous asset for P&H for more than 20 years and is our anchor at our corporate office in Fairfield. Kelly Guhl as Administrative Assistant joined our company in 2005 and provides great support internally as well as to our clients.
